Just an announcement regarding this Saturday January 14th.

Fired Up will be Closing EARLY for a Private Party.

Please Come in and get your Paint Groove on from 12-3pm.

We will be OPEN regular business hours Sunday

Everyday 12-6pm and Fridays until 9pm

The molds have been passed down to the Youth, yes I am calling myself the Youth!!! The 60s, 70s, and 80s have returned at Fired Up San Clemente Ceramic Studio. I have been Blessed with some immaculate molds from a few local ladies who have ummmmm out grown the mold pouring process. Help me bring these ceramic pieces to life by adding your attention to detail paint wise. My hubby and I are having SO much FUN pouring these vintage pieces and would LOVE to see what you can do!!! Open EVERYday so come on in and Play!

Enjoy Labor Day today with Family and Friends at home because Fired Up is closed.  My work is quite “labor”ous between stocking the shelves, glazing the pieces, loading the kiln, unloading the kiln, and not to mention teaching clay classes. This hardworkin’ mama is going to relax and enjoy a much deserved day off. See you Tuesday at noon for a last day of summer vacation FUN! Above is how I spent my day yesterday with the most amazing family creating the most diverse clay pieces.  They are siblings and cousins coming together to create art and experience something new.   I got to teach them about hand building and look how they interpreted.  Function and  Modern Art was the theme and they carried it out well.  Cannot wait to see how they paint their masterpieces when they come together again this Thanksgiving!  Plan your next Family outing at Fired Up and you will leave with a Smile on your face, a Big Hug, and an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment!!!

You may be surprised just how talented you both are!  Pack up your favorite beverage and some snackies and make an entire date of it.  Within a week you can pick up your masterpieces and feel proud of your work together.  Fridays we are open until 9pm and welcome everyone looking for a good time! Make a mark in San Clemente by ordering and painting a tile for the Courtney’s Sand Castle Tile Wall.  Years from now your kids will be playing and looking for your tile every time they visit the beautiful sensory park. Then when THEY have kids, they will be showing their kids your tile.  If you have your children paint and sign it with their childhood signature or a handprint they will be putting their little ones’ hands against it and the memories will flow…tears may flow as well…that is if you are a sentimental Mama like myself!!!  The purchase of the tile is a tax deductible donation and will leave a lasting mark on our community.

These cutie patooties are throwing on the wheel and LOVING it!  They are 5 & 7 years old and did an amazing job this summer.  If you would like your child to learn the wheel or just get their hands dirty, please call and schedule a private lesson with Sarah.  All artists get to throw on the wheel and then come back and paint their masterpiece after it has been bisque fired.  If you threw at the Sawdust Festival and would like to bisque fire and then paint that piece, please bring it to Fired Up and it will only cost $15 for the entire process from bisque firing to glaze firing.  Let’s say you are an adult and want to learn to throw or just get your hands dirty, call and schedule a lesson when the kids are in school and you can relax and enjoy some clay time kid-freeeeeee!!!
